Acle is a 10 minute drive with shops boat hire pubs restaurants traditional butchers and Thursday is market day. Take a train ride to Great Yarmouth with safe sandy beaches and end of pier entertainment or Norwich with theatres cathedrals museums cinemas and shopping malls. Wroxham the capital of the Broads is nearby for shopping or hiring a day boat to cruise the miles of magical waterways a haven for anglers and with charming villages historic churches extensive nature reserves and riverside pubs.
