A PRETTY MID-TERRACED COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF BEAUTIFUL NORFOLK SEASIDE VILLAGE This quietly situated characterful mid-terrace cottage is located in Mundesley and is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated throughout while at the same time retaining lots of charm and character and original rustic features. The well-known beach is less than five minutes away on foot as are all the local amenities in the pretty village centre making it an ideal seaside getaway! Only a 5 minute walk to a Blue Flag beach with miles of golden sand 3 pubs shops adventure golf butchers deli a few small amusements maritime museum tearooms and restaurants plus coastal walks. The traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham can be easily reached for end of pier entertainment and freshly caught seafood. Nearby North Walsham has larger shops fishing golf bowling boat hire leisure centre with swimming pool and the Bittern Line railway runs between Norwich & Cromer. National Trust properties include Felbrigg & Blickling Hall and many nature reserves locally. The Broads can be reached within 20 minutes for day boat hire. Norwich is 20 miles away for a punt on the river theatre open-top bus ride castle and cathedrals. On entering this charming traditional terraced cottage into a snug lounge area where the steep cottage style stairs lead to the first floor the lounge area has a daybed and chair the perfect place to curl up with a book leading into the main lounge area with feature brick fire place having an open fire (1st basket of logs included thereafter available locally) TV with built in DVD CD. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with gas oven and hob fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading up to the first floor a double bedroom leads through to a twin bedroom please note the twin bedroom is only suitable for small children(by prior arrangement with the owner) the bathroom is accessed from the twin bedroom comprising of bath with hand held shower wash hand basin and WC. Outside: An enclosed courtyard with seating ideal for relaxing and alfresco dining. Parking is on road to the front of the property.
