QUAINT COTTAGE QUIETLY SITUATED IN AN UNSPOILT NORTH NORFOLK VILLAGE This pretty traditional Norfolk cottage retaining many original features is the centre one of three in West Beckham within walking distance to local pub and a small store and only a few miles from the popular Georgian Town of Holt. There are footpaths or enjoy cycling the many country lanes of the Quiet Lane and Norfolk Coast Cycle Way. Nearby are 2 heated indoor swimming pools and a bowling alley. Visit Holt a delightful Georgian town with many shops restaurants antique shops traditional butchers and bakers. The coastal resort of Sheringham is 2 miles away with sandy beaches golf course Little Theatre and the North Norfolk Steam Railway which runs along the coastline via Weybourne to Holt. Alternatively it is possible to catch the Norwich train to Cromer for end of pier entertainment esplanade gardens and cinema. Other attractions include Felbrigg and Blickling Hall Sheringham Park many nature reserves along the coast Shire Horse Centre and Muckleborough Military Collection. On entering this traditional Norfolk cottage; leading into the cosy lounge area having exposed timber beam feature brick fire place with open fire flatscreen TV with built in DVD and CD player. Stairs leading to the first floor. A good size Kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob fridge/freeaer washing machine/dryer and a microwave. Separate WC. The steep narrow stairs lead to a double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a shower room with shower cubicle. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn area seating and BBQ. To the front of the property off road parking is available. (Please note the cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility the elderly or young children.)
