The property is ideally located for anyone wanting amenities right on their doorstep with spectacular views too. Portreath has an array of shops pubs and restaurants as well as a dog-friendly beach (seasonal restrictions apply) within a few minutes walk of the cottage. There are numerous walks in the area making it ideal for those after a more active break with trails along cliff tops and through villages plus the infamous South West Coast Path. St Ives Truro and Penzance are all within easy reach or travel slightly further to see the Eden Project Newquay Zoo or Land s End. Lovingly decorated for a homely vibe by the sea the accommodation is arranged over three floors making the most of the spectacular scenery from most rooms. On the ground floor of the property there are two bedrooms one with a double bed the other with a single. The single room also benefits from an en-suite shower with WC. Up to the first floor you will find all of the living space. The spacious lounge has beautiful views out to sea with comfortable sofas to sink into and enjoy the surroundings or watch something on the TV/DVD. There is a large dining table with equally wonderful views and sliding doors out to the balcony. Through to the kitchen it is well-equipped with a double electric oven dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and microwave. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Up to the second floor there are two other bedrooms both with double zip-and-link beds which can be made into twins on request. There is a shower room with WC on this floor. There is a small area to the front of the property with seating to make the most of the view and a BBQ. The balcony out from the dining room offers first floor viewing and there is garage parking for one small car with two further spaces available.
