Newquay has long been a popular destination for tourists with its wealth of golden sandy beaches perfect for families looking for a gentle paddle or for surfing enthusiasts the famous Fistral beach home to some of the UK s biggest competitions and events. The town offers a vast selection of shops restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Visit Newquay s popular Zoo Waterworld Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairy Land to name but a few. A short drive from Watergate Bay home to Jamie Oliver s restaurant and the forthcoming Rick Stein s new eatery are making Newquay a growing foodie destination. Exploring the house further the kitchen / diner offers an electric range style cooker with gas hob dishwasher fridge / freezer with the dining space to the end of the room. Moving upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; 1 double 1 twin zip and link (which can be made in to a double on request) and 1 single. There is a luxurious roll top bath with shower attachment separate shower cubical and WC. There is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and a decked patio to the rear with garden furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 2 cars can be found at the property itself and roadside parking is available for further cars.
