Appledore is a great seaside retreat for those wanting to relax and enjoy a simpler pace of life and boasts a selection of pubs a maritime museum and a variety of art and craft galleries. Other activities nearby include visits to The Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks golf surfing fishing sailing or just relaxing on the stunning sandy beaches that North Devon is famed for. The surfing beach at Westward Ho! is just a five-minute drive and caters for surfers swimmers and families. You will also be close to the Tarka Trail making this a perfect location for walking and cycling. The popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple are nearby offering an array of amenities Entering this charming and traditional cottage leads you into the cosy lounge/diner. A relaxing space the welcoming and snug lounge has a TV and flame-effect electric fire while the adjoining dining area is ideally situated and offers seating for four. Heading over to the galley-style kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob fridge freezer and microwave. The shower room complete with WC is accessed via the kitchen. Going up the cottage-style stairs to the first floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms. One is a king-size room and the other is a single room with an additional pull-out single bed. Stepping outside you can relax on the small bench provided which is to the front of the property (neighbouring properties have right of way over this). Public car parking can be found close by and it is possible to purchase a weekly pass for the nearby car park.
