A COSY GEM IN THE HEART OF THE RIBBLE VALLEY WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS This Grade 2 listed property is set within a quaint row of terraced cottages conveniently placed on the main road in to the popular village of Whalley looking out to the River Calder within the stunning Ribble Valley. The cottage is within reach of numerous stunning villages positioned in the timeless landscape of rural Lancashire. This area is known for its influence on the author J R Tolkien who was inspired while studying at Stoneyhurst College to write some amazing novels. The area is fast becoming known for its culinary delights with some award winning restaurants and boutique shops. Why not take in the scenery Tolkien did with many walks with unspoilt views. Local attractions include Clitheroe Castle Pendle Hill Bowland Wild Boar Park and Browsholme Hall. Within an hour drive to Blackpool the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales. The accommodation is over 3 floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double on the first floor and 1 twin on the lower ground floor.
