The cottages are a short walk to The Luxulyan Valley a walkers paradise with its public paths and woodland treks to explore. The beach at Par is 10 minutes by car and leads to several other sandy beaches and secluded coves. You will be ideally based for exploring the south coast of Cornwall with The Eden Project 3 miles the beautiful waterfront at Fowey 5 miles with its wealth of shops and eateries or catch the ferry to the pretty harbour of Looe. The market town of St Austell is within easy reach as well as the old charming town of Lostwithiel Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties and gardens all within easy reach. On entering the cottage you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner a fantastic space with French doors allowing light and warmth to flood the room and open onto a patio area with fabulous countryside views. The lounge area provides comfy seating woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD the ideal space for relaxing in front of your favourite film after a long day. To one end of the room is the dining table comfortably seating 4 and the kitchen area forms the last part of this room with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. This really is a fantastic space for entertaining with the family or sitting down for that home cooked evening meal. Also on this floor you will find a shower room with WC. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms 1 double with countryside views and TV and 1 twin with TV. There is another shower room on this floor with WC. Outside your private patio area with seating is a great space to soak up the sun and relax with a glass of wine or morning coffee. Onsite there is a shared indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms plus a children s play area with swings slide and climbing frame as well as a further shared patio/BBQ area as well as many lawn areas to enjoy all taking in the amazing views. There is parking for 2 cars.
