A DETACHED PROPERTY IN A RURAL SETTING OVERLOOKING THE OWNER S COARSE FISHING LAKES A secluded single storey property situated in the heart of the Welsh countryside. A perfect retreat to explore the beautiful surroundings. Close to The Brecon Beacons National Park with it s spectacular landscape ideal for walking or mountain biking and exploring the local secluded waterfalls. The Brecon Mountain Railway Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal South Wales Borderers Museum and Abergavenny Castle and Museum to name a few are within reach. Other events well worth noting are The Hay Festival of Literature and The Brecon Jazz Festival.

Leisure facilities:

coarse fishing is available for guests at the property as and when they wish however please note that additional charges do apply and fishing equipment and bait is not provided on site. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 twin.

with shower and WC. Lounge: with TV. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker fridge with ice compartment dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: shared grounds.

ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome however must be kept on a lead and are only allowed in the lounge/kitchen. Regret no smoking.
