Barnstaple is a lively town with a good range of shops a choice of restaurants and a leisure centre whilst the surrounding area is full of attractive villages each with their own unique character. For many visitors to the region visiting the region s beaches will be top of their to-do list and the location of this property means that some of the area s finest are within easy reach including those at Westward Ho! Instow Saunton Sands and Croyde. Other attractions in the area include Exmoor National Park RHS Rosemoor and The Big Sheep adventure park. This property provides comfortable homely accommodation which makes it a perfect base for a Devonshire holiday. The spacious dual-aspect lounge is an elegant and relaxing space with inviting sofa seating where guests can relax and enjoy one another s company or curl up with a good book or magazine. The snug room meanwhile acts as a second lounge and is home to the TV/DVD. There are two separate dining spaces one in a dedicated dining room and the other in the light-filled kitchen which is also equipped with an oven gas hob microwave and fridge/freezer. The separate utility room houses the dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer and there is also a convenient WC on the ground floor. Up on the first floor there are four bedrooms; the first of these is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC whilst the remaining bedrooms are a further king-size room a twin and a single room which offers an additional pull-out single bed. The generously sized bathroom on this floor offers the best of both worlds with a bath separate shower and WC. Outside to the rear of the property is a spacious enclosed garden mainly set to lawn with garden furniture a BBQ and even a lovely summerhouse. There is ample off-road parking available at the property.
