Located in the historic fishing village of Helmsdale renowned for its wonderful unspoilt coastline salmon and sea trout fishing costal golf course fossil hunting and even gold panning too. There are numerous attractions close by including the splendid fairy tale Dunrobin Castle with it magnificent grounds and falconry displays. Travel further north to John O Groats where you can enjoy a wildlife cruise or take a ferry trip to the wonderful Orkney Isles. Walkers hikers and mountain bikers are well catered for with the Strath of Kildonan Morven and Scaraben close at hand and the mountain ranges of Ben Loyal and Ben Hope within easy reach. Play facilities: large garden trampoline. Relax and watch TV or a DVD in the comfy lounge in front of the cosy open fire. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar range oven and hob dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer access to utility room. From the dining room via a separate steep stair case you find 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC with access to the roof top terrace. On the ground floor there is a shower room with WC and spacious family room with 1 double and twin beds. Heading up the stairs from the main hallway you will find a further two bedrooms 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 four poster with en-suite shower room and WC. Heading outside you will find a large enclosed garden with seating area and trampoline for the children to play on.
