Botley and Park Gate are within close proximity for day to day amenities. Just a short drive will take you to Southampton or Portsmouth which offers extensive shopping at Gunwharf Quays magnificent theatres live music venues two Cathedrals and many great places to eat across miles and miles of waterfront. The city of Winchester is just 14 miles where you can visit the largest Farmers Market in the UK or indulge in a pub lunch. Attractions nearby include Beacon Hill National Nature Reserve Calshot Activities Centre and Itchen Valley Country Park.
