Located in the historic former royal burgh of Cullen on the wonderful Moray Firth coast. The area boasts a spectacular unspoilt coastline with numerous sandy beaches and costal tracks to explore including the cliff tops overlooking Cullen bay. You can also enjoy a round of golf at the nearby golf course. Bird watchers will be delighted with the nearby Bow Fiddle Rock and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing and sailing close at hand. Look out for wildlife otters and the famous Moray firth dolphins along the scenic coastline. Sample the delights of the famous malt whisky trail or take a day trip to explore Aberdeenshire s magnificent Castle Trail making this all a fantastic base for your holiday. Stepping inside this comfortable cottage you will find the tastefully decorated lounge where you can relax in front of the cosy woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV after a day of exploring all the area has to offer. There is a dining area with table and seating to enjoy your meals. Leading on through to the stylish well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Also from the hallway on ground floor is bathroom with shower over bath and WC. From the lounge there is a narrow staircase to the double bedroom in the eaves with sloping ceilings. Outside there is a small side garden with seating for you to enjoy the spectacular sea views Need to know: 1 double bedroom on first floor with sloping ceiling. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
