COSY COTTAGE IN SPECTACULAR HILLSIDE LOCATION Set in the grounds of the owner s home in 3 acres of woodlands with an elevated position overlooking the Sterridge Valley an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Amazing views to the pretty village of Berrynarbor and approached by pretty pathway bordered by plants and flowers. The property offers a tranquil spot from where you may look out for the wildlife deer badgers foxes and a wide variety of birds too. Country and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton all within a short drive. Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth Exmoor Zoo National Trust Arlington Court Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Berrynarbor has a pub tearooms post office and small store less than a mile along the lanes. The accommodation set on one level offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
