A short drive will bring you to a string of must-see destinations including Paignton Salcombe and Torquay or venture a little further afield to visit the cathedral city of Exeter or Dartmoor National Park. The apartment is accessed via two steps leading from a shared entrance hall but is otherwise arranged on one level.
