Situated on the edge of one of the UK s most impressive natural landscapes this detached property is an ideal choice for walkers looking to explore the nearby Roaches and Ramshaw Rocks or those guests looking for a spot of trout fishing. Of course there are also endless walks in the Peak National Park right on the cottage doorstep. A tranquil valley location the property is a rural idyll looking out over the breathtaking Peaks. A compact hallway opens out into the spacious kitchen-diner equipped with all the necessities. Stairs lead up to the lounge area and its gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor with an electric shower and separate cloakroom consisting of a hand basin and toilet providing ample space for those muddy boots. The two good sized bedrooms each have their own hand basins. One is a spacious double bedroom and the other consists of two single beds and a fold out bed for extra occupancy. There is a bathroom on this floor with a bath hand basin and toilet. Outside there is a garden with patio seating area for guests to relax and unwind amidst the beautiful surrounds after a day spent trout fishing or traversing the steep Peaks of the National Park.
