Located on the south west edge of the Peak District National Park walkers can enjoy exploring popular Dovedale the Manifold Valley and cycle trail without having to jump in the car. The property sits on the edge of Grindon a moorland village meaning green hill. A 15 minute drive will bring you to the village of Waterhouses where you will find a pub grocery shop and post office. Walk through the blooming cottage garden and into the welcoming entrance hall of this quaint cottage. The bathroom has a bath with a powerful shower over the perfect way to start your day. Designed in a studio style the main room features a vaulted ceiling lime plastered soft grey walls and a grey stone floor. The double bed has white cotton bedding with grey throws and white washed tables at either side. The galley style kitchen area features stone coloured units and stylish drop down lighting while two comfortable white armchairs and a dresser complete this room. The stone mullioned original cattle entrance with leaded glass French windows fills this room with light and opens out onto a pretty south west facing patio. The garden table and chairs offer the perfect setting to enjoy the stunning views and say hello to the nearby cows or sheep.
