Nested between historical fisherman s cottages close to Queens Park play area and boating lake and only 50 yards from the Blue Flag award winning beach at Mablethorpe this traditional seaside retreat is perfect for discovering more than four miles of unbroken coast line. The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops cafes amusements and pubs to enjoy.This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton-On-Sea with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. A local caravan site offer day tickets for fishing. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers the area provides an abundance of coastal and wold walks to be explored. On entering this detached bungalow all on one level a well equipped kitchen having an electric Rangemaster oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine a breakfast bar with seating for two people. The lounge/diner with TV/DVD comfortable leather sofa and chairs gas flame effect fire and table and chairs for dining. A master double bedroom which is light and airy a twin bedroom.
