A charming and spacious large holiday cottage in the pretty hamlet of Goshill with New Forest ponies found at the garden gate. There are fabulous cycling and walking routes straight from the doorstep with routes for all abilities available from gentle strolls to more serious rambles. The riverside town of Fordingbridge is about two miles from the cottage and offers a supermarket for picking up essentials and a selection of independent shops. Further afield are the larger towns of Ringwood and Salisbury. On evenings you would prefer not to cook the Fighting Cocks pub is a two minute walk from the property and there are an array of outdoor pursuits available across the New Forest for the whole family to enjoy. Complete with a sunny conservatory and secluded garden with furniture and BBQ there is parking for four cars and plenty of spots for relaxing and unwinding with pretty garden views. The open plan kitchen and dining room is large enough to accommodate the whole family and oozes country style with an electric range cooker and refectory style table with enough seating for ten to gather around and enjoy a home cooked feast. There are doors leading out to the bright conservatory and a handy ground floor WC and utility room equipped with essential facilities also. The open fire in the sitting room is a cosy feature for relaxing in front of and the 40 flat screen TV is great for a family movie night. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: on the first floor you will find one master bedroom with a double bed one master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room one twin bedroom and a further bedroom with one single bed. One twin bedroom on the ground floor. The family bathroom upstairs benefits from a bath WC and a separate shower cubicle. There is also an additional separate WC upstairs. Need to know: Range cooker and microwave. Dishwasher, fridge freezer and slow cooker. Large table and seating for 10. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Open fireplace. 40" flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Travel cot and high chair on request. Parking for four cars. Wi Fi included. Garden furniture, BBQ and bike storage. 2 dogs welcome.
