An ideal spot for those looking to explore and appreciate the New Forest this charming cottage is located within the grounds of a private Equestrian Farm with picturesque views across a meadow and with walking opportunities across Beaulieu Heath straight from the doorstep. Beaulieu Heath is part of the New Forest s ancient landscape and ponies and donkeys roam freely as well as many other animals and wildlife. Perfectly located with direct forest access the property is ideal for couples who want to enjoy some quality time together away from the hustle and bustle. You can easily reach local amenities and have easy access to the shops in Beaulieu Village from the cottage. Nearby attractions include horse riding at Ford Farm Stables bike hire in Beaulieu or perfect your swing at one of the golf courses in Lyndhurst Bramshaw or Hamptworth. Visit Exbury gardens (3.5 miles away) Beaulieu motor museum (3.5 miles) Lepe Beach (5 miles) and for those rainy days there is Calshot activity centre with one of the best climbing walls in the country (8 miles) The ground floor is has a well equipped kitchen with stylish features and a lovely breakfast/ utility room. The first floor has a bright and spacious open plan living area with balcony doors offering views over the forest and a dining table for two. The bedroom is relaxing and peaceful with a king-size bed White Company linen views across the paddocks and blackout blinds for lazy mornings. The bathroom features a shower WC and toiletries from New Forest Aromatic s. Outside the property benefits from a large and private decked terrace perfect for admiring the farm s horses and for a spot of al fresco dining with a wooden picnic bench and outdoor lighting. The surrounding grounds are private and fenced off but the owners will happily introduce you to the horses on request. There is no horse riding available at the property. Babes in arms welcome however regret no children. Parking for one car directly outside the cottage and secure bike storage is available for guests to use too.
