Set in the village of East Boldre and a few miles from Beaulieu with its free roaming horses and ponies this family-friendly bothole is ideal for exploring the New Forest and enjoying outdoor activities in the area. There is a little shop at the end of the lane by the property for essentials and a cosy village pub is a short stroll away. Attractions in the surrounding area include Ford Farm Stables for horse riding The New Forest Golf Club and Longdown Activity Farm. The light living room features patio doors leading to a private garden for warmer months and a wood burning fire to cosy up in front of in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a storm and even boasts a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee fix. There are two bedrooms one master with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a family bathroom with a bath shower over and WC. The property is very family friendly with essentials such as a travel cot and stairgates available at the property and the garden is private enclosed and high gates are featured so the children can enjoy the outdoor space and the New Forest ponies don t make their way into the property. A boules court in the garden adds a bit of fun and there is a BBQ and furniture for al fresco dining. Parking for up to three cars is availablee.
