You ll be located just over a mile from the market town of Bideford with its shops pubs and restaurants while the two miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! and the sand dunes at Instow are both a 15-minute drive away. For families with young children the nearby attractions of The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Tapely Park will all be popular choices. The charming fishing village of Appledore and the cliffside village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets are all worth a visit too. Enter this beautiful property into the impressive entrance hall and you ll feel the comfort of the underfloor heating which runs throughout the downstairs almost instantly. Head into the large kitchen/diner which is accessed via a couple of steps down from the hallway and has been finished to create a room which is very much at the heart of the property.
