The nearby mountain ranges are a paradise for Munro baggers and mountain bikers and winter sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with three ski centres close at hand to explore. Walkers and cyclist are also well catered for with nearby forest tracks and country trails to enjoy including the Glenlivet cycle track. On entering this delightful holiday home you will find yourself in the inviting and tastefully furnished lounge which features a traditional wood burner and TV/DVD. Moving into the attractive dining room you will find plenty of space to dine in style. Exploring this impressive property further you will find the elegant and stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and a dining area ideal for breakfast or a quick snack. There s a twin room with en-suite shower and WC two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made into twins upon request) and a single bedroom. Stepping outside into the enclosed rear garden you can unwind in the quirky seating area on the patio and ample off-road parking.
