Perfect for a couple or family holiday. The historic town offers a range of shops cafes pubs and restaurants. It is well known for the brewery steam engines annual sheep fair and boasts a creative side with its community of artists authors and craftsmen. Discover the sweeping valleys and hidden waterfalls of Wensleydale and Swaledale explore the myriad of footpaths across the Pennine Hills or find the follies and lakes at Hackfall Woods on paths along the banks of the River Ure. Visit the famous city of York Harrogate and Ripon or join the tours at the two local famous breweries.
