Widecombe-in-the-Moor is steeped in history boasting a traditional village scene with a green shop gift shop café and two pubs. It is famous for its traditional annual fair celebrated by a well-known folk song of the same name featuring Old Uncle Tom Cobley and All . From here you can walk straight up on to the moors and enjoy long walks up towering tors or you can jump in the car and head to the wonderful beaches and villages of the coast. There are several nearby attractions which are all worth a visit and include: Castle Drogo Becky Falls Canonteign Waterfalls and Country Park the Miniature Pony Centre Exeter City and The English Riviera. Inside this property has been decorated to reflect its wildlife-rich surroundings with prints of horses stags and foxes mixed in with other rugged details which give the property much charm. The lounge/kitchen/diner can be found as you enter the property with slate floors and exposed stonework. There is an electric oven and hob fridge and microwave in the kitchen while the lounge area offers a cosy space to relax in the evenings.
