About Appledore Holiday Cottage

The cottage is located on the last cobbled street in Appledore and is a short walk from the quayside and all it has to offer; explore the village s shops art galleries pubs and restaurants. The towns of Instow Clovelly and Westward Ho! are quickly reachable by car. Beach lovers can take the 40-minute journey to Croyde beach or sporting enthusiasts can tee-off at the Royal Devon Golf Club or visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club both at Westward Ho! Guests can take day trips to many local attractions including Dartington Crystal The Big Sheep Arlington Court and The Milky Way. The cottage has a small lounge at the front of the building that is equipped with a TV DVD player Freeview and a wood burner-effect gas fire The dining room has seating for six people and a CD player/radio. The kitchen includes a gas oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. An externally accessed utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one large double with TV/DVD and superb river views one twin room and another large twin room which is accessible by steep steps. The bathroom has a bath shower over bath and WC. There is also a separate WC on the first floor. Outside the large garden features a decking area with lovely river views. BBQ and garden seating supplied ideal for enjoying a summer evening meal. There is also nearby roadside parking for your vehicle.
