On the ground floor the spacious lounge is a welcoming space for the whole family as it features a large L-shaped sofa well-stocked bookcases a cosy rug and TV for unwinding in front of a good film. The kitchen area beyond is ideal for entertaining as there is plenty of space for several cooks to help out at once. This contemporary kitchen includes a fridge/freezer oven dishwasher microwave coffee machine food processor hand blender and washer/dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals head to the large dining table which seats six to eight and overlooks the decked area outside through French windows. Upstairs the luxurious master bedroom has a king-sized bed walk-in wardrobe TV with DVD and en-suite shower room with WC. The second and third bedrooms both have king-sized zip-and-link beds that can be made up as twin beds if needed. The bedrooms have been decorated to compliment the outside coastal scenes. There is also a light and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a pretty decked area with a table chairs and BBQ which then gives way to a pebbled garden. Here where deckchairs and loungers have been provided for you to enjoy relaxing afternoons in the sunshine while a fire pit allows you to extend those fantastic summer evenings. Located only a five-minute walk from Camber Sands beach and dunes this property is ideally situated for large parties with children looking to make the most of the water sports swimming and long walks this beach has to offer. Keen golfers will enjoy a round at the nearby Rye Golf Club while Rye town is home to a selection of fantastic independent cafes restaurants and shops whether you re looking for freshly caught seafood or antique furniture.
