This fantastic family holiday home is ideally located close to the huge expanse of golden sand dunes and swimming-friendly sea at Camber Sands. The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing whilst the bustling coastal town of Rye is also only three miles away. Here guests can find an array of independent shops cafes and restaurants and sample plenty of freshly caught seafood. The ground floor has two bedrooms one of which has a double bed and the other a single bed. Also on this floor is a shower room with WC perfect for those returning from a long day at the beach. The spacious garage is located across the hallway where guests can make full use of the dartboard and pool table. On the first floor a welcoming hall features a stained glass window and well-stocked bookcase. The contemporary kitchen beyond boasts granite worktops an island with bar stools electric oven induction hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave toaster kettle and coffee machine. A skylight floods this room with natural light while the wall mounted TV iPod dock and radio make a great accompaniment when dining at the breakfast bar. The kitchen opens out to a balcony so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in the sunshine. Once you ve finished preparing your meals retreat to the lounge/dining room where a dining table for ten sits beneath a window overlooking the dunes and comfortable sofas surround a cosy rug. A relaxing space to unwind after your evening meal. The master king-size bedroom is light and airy with an en-suite spa bath and shower room with WC and French windows which lead out to a balcony overlooking the marshes. There are two equally well-designed further bedrooms one with double bed and wall mounted TV and the other with a zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as twins or a king-size) and TV. Outside steps lead down from the balcony to the garden where there is garden furniture BBQ and relaxing hammock for the summer months.
