Located just minutes away from Camber Sands guests can walk to the vast expanse of soft golden sand and extensive dunes which offers excellent walks water sports and safe swimming. Hop in the car for a three mile drive and you ll find yourself in medieval Rye where historic cobbled streets are lined with galleries cafes and pubs bursting with character and old world charm. The apartment is based on the first floor of the property accessed by two flights of stairs at the top of the stairs you will find a spacious entrance hall which welcomes you into this apartment and leads you through to the open-plan lounge/diner and a kitchen with wooden floors. The kitchen has a Scandinavian feel with white cabinets wooden worktops and chrome appliances. Here you ll find a microwave electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine toaster and kettle. Once you have finished preparing your meals dine at the stylish timber table that sits beneath a grand chandelier with dual aspect windows allowing in plenty of natural light. After your meal retreat to the large L-shaped sofa where you can sit back and relax while watching a film or listening to music. The first bedroom encountered has a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be separated into two single beds if necessary. Continuing the air of grandeur from the reception room this room has a pretty chandelier bedside cabinets chest of drawers and wardrobes and decorative lamps. Another bedroom complete with a double zip-and-link bed that can separated into two single 2 6 beds has been decorated in a similar style. The bathroom is clean and bright with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is parking for one car.
