Hop in the car for three miles and you ll reach Rye where you can pick up some freshly caught seafood or browse the cobbled streets for antique finds. Inside wooden flooring runs throughout the ground floor. Leave your coats boots and flip flops in the useful cupboard before continuing through to the kitchen at the rear of the house. Open-plan to the dining room and lounge this is a sociable space in which to prepare meals for the rest of the family. Here you ll find a single oven and grill hob dishwasher microwave washing machine tumble dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table beyond seats six while a comfortable chair sits in sunlight next to French windows. There is also a small office which can also double up as a kids TV room. On the second floor you ll find two king-size zip-and-link bedrooms which can make a twin if necessary.
