Located in the heart of bustling Rye this holiday cottage is surrounded by iconic cobbled streets where antique and craft shops quaint tea rooms and old English pubs are in abundance. The excitements of Hastings are not far away and the wildlife-rich Dungeness is also within easy reach. Close still is Camber Sands which boasts miles of soft golden sand wonderful dunes and safe swimming spots. The back door of this property opens straight into the contemporary kitchen. With wooden floors that continue throughout the cottage this kitchen has granite tops stylish pendant lighting and exposed beams above. Here you ll find a single electric oven gas hob integrated microwave Nespresso machine with starter capsules dishwasher fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. While cooking chefs can chat to other guests sitting at the striking church pew in the dining area which is lined with stylish tongue and groove wall panels. The lounge next door has vibrant walls cool armchairs and an open fire. Steep stairs lead up to the first floor where the first bedroom encountered features a cast iron double bed bedroom storage an en-suite shower room with WC and views overlooking the cobbled streets through a sash window. A further bedroom has a double bed decorated in a similar style with stylish exposed storage. The third bedroom has white metal twin beds an antique mirror shaker-style hooks and tongue and groove wall panelling. A stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes this floor while up on the second floor you will find an Aladdin s Cave. With exposed beams above this room has been decorated in a distinctly Moroccan style with rolled out mattresses rugs and carved wooden furniture.
