This charming coastal property is conveniently located to make the most of the vast expanse of beach dunes and sea at Camber Sands all just minutes away. The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing whilst the bustling coastal town of Rye is also only three miles away. Here guests can find a few useful shops cafes and restaurants and sample plenty of freshly caught seafood. As you step into the ground floor the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area greets you. The kitchen receives plenty of natural light from the large window above the sink and features an electric hob and oven microwave fridge/freezer juicer coffee maker washing machine and dishwasher. This is a sociable space for entertaining as the large dining table is just steps away from the kitchen area as are the coffee table and armchairs. French windows connect this room to a sunny garden room a tranquil space in which to unwind after a long day exploring the countryside. Further French windows open out to the decked terrace area and secluded south-facing lawn below. Here you can enjoy an al fresco BBQ at the garden table and chairs. On the first floor you will find a delightful lounge. This room has an electric fire TV DVD player and two sofas with French windows opening out to a balcony where a bistro-style table and chairs overlook the adjacent pond. Also on this floor is a bedroom with zip-and-link twin beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed. Upstairs on the second floor the stylish bedroom boasts a double bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. The third bedroom has two single beds that can also be zipped together while a large bathroom with shower over bath WC and basin completes this floor. Outside guests can bask in the sunshine that fills the secluded south-facing garden and make full use of the BBQ outside seating and sun loungers.
