Don t miss a trip to Dungeness which boasts vast shingle banks and an RSPB reserve and picturesque hilltop town of Rye which is steeped in history and brimming with delicious seafood eateries. Leave your sandals or muddy boots in the enclosed porch and step through to the lounge which features timber flooring a woodburner sofas cosy rugs and spectacular sea views through the large windows. Equipped with a TV and DVD player this is an inviting space in which to relax on an evening after a long day exploring the coast. The kitchen is light and airy with cabinets pretty splash back tiles wooden flooring chalk walls and a table and chairs. Here you will find everything you will need for your stay including an electric oven and hob microwave toaster built-in fridge dishwasher and kettle plus a separate larder complete with freezer washer/dryer and ironing board. The downstairs bedroom can either be presented as single or double and also benefits from those stunning sea views. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and separate bathroom with stylish original roll top bath. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which overlooks the bay and has been decorated in calming tones. The third bedroom has twin beds offering an ideal room for children. Outside a rugged seaside garden surrounds the house where you will find garden furniture and a BBQ the perfect way to enjoy a summer s evening having returned from the beach at the bottom of the garden.
