This charming seaside retreat is conveniently located to make the most of the vast expanse of beach dunes and sea at Camber Sands all just minutes away. The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing whilst the bustling coastal town of Rye is also only three miles away. Here guests can find an array of independent shops cafes and restaurants and sample plenty of freshly caught seafood. The apartment is located on the first floor accessed via internal stairs. The kitchen/diner is a spacious and sociable area so that guests can prepare food without being separate from the others. The kitchen area is contemporary in design and features double oven with grill and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine cafetiere kettle and toaster. There is also a convenient breakfast bar with stools ideal for a morning cup of coffee. An arch connects the kitchen/diner with the spacious lounge which has its own bar as well as a woodburner first basket of logs included during the winter months. There are three bedrooms one with a king-size bed a double and a twin each sharing breathtaking views across the dunes. The rooms have been stylishly decorated to match the coastal setting. There is a bathroom with a bath WC and shower. From the dining table guests can step through the French doors out to a small decked area with table and chairs a peaceful spot to enjoy a drink and take in the views of Camber village and the sand dunes. From here steps lead up to the impressive roof terrace which covers the width of the property and is ideal for summer BBQs with a table and chairs and hammock.
