This charming coastal property is conveniently located to make the most of the vast expanse of beach dunes and sea at Camber Sands all just minutes away. The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing while the bustling coastal town of Rye is also only three miles away. Here guests can find an array of independent shops cafes and restaurants and sample plenty of freshly caught seafood. Inside the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a peaceful and inviting space. The kitchen area is decorated in a shaker style with timber worktops and wooden flooring and features an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room where you can find the washing machine/dryer and a cloakroom. Once you have finished your meal at the foldaway table and chairs retire to the tranquil sitting area which has offers a Scandinavian style comfortable sofas and a large feature fireplace plus a TV and DVD player for cosy nights in. Upstairs on the first floor the master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed overlooking the shuttered window and shares the clean and bright family bathroom with the second bedroom which has a double bed. The bathroom contains a shower over bath and WC. Outside the large secure garden is perfect for dogs and includes garden furniture and a parasol for summer evening meals.
