This charming coastal property is conveniently located to make the most of the vast expanse of beach dunes and sea at Camber Sands all just minutes away. The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing while the bustling coastal town of Rye is also only three miles away. Here guests can find an array of independent shops cafes and restaurants and sample plenty of freshly caught seafood. Inside a small entrance hall welcomes you into the property and makes a handy place to leave your flip flops or boots depending on the season. The lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan to suit contemporary living. At one end the kitchen has been decorated in a shaker style with cream units and wooden worktop. Here you will find an electric oven hob fridge/freezer coffee machine and dishwasher. Once you have finished preparing your meals head to the nearby pull out table before retiring to the inviting lounge area which has again been decorated in neutral tones to create a calming atmosphere. There is a separate utility room where you will find a washing machine/dryer microwave and wooden airer for drying your watersports equipment. Upstairs the first bedroom has a large sash window and a decorative Victorian-style double bed against a pretty feature wall. The second bunk bedroom is perfect for children. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside the pretty south-facing pebbled garden with decked area and table and chairs makes a stunning suntrap.
