Located in the charming Kent village of Appledore this holiday cottage is within easy reach of the local antiques shop village store and popular pub and tea shop. The pretty market town of Tenterden is close by as is the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which boasts an abundance of beautiful walks and scenery. This is a fantastic base from which to explore the Kent and East Sussex coastline with the soft golden sand of Camber only ten miles away. Enter this pretty chocolate box cottage into the kitchen area which is open plan to the downstairs reception rooms. With wooden flooring contemporary units metro splash back tiles and French windows to the garden this is a light and airy space in which to prepare and enjoy meals at the stylish wooden table and chairs. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer cafetiere and cookbooks for culinary inspiration during your stay. The adjoining sitting room is a stunning space with high ceilings pendant lighting wooden floors and a wood burner for cosy evenings in. Also on this floor is a downstairs bathroom with wooden flooring bath with hand-held shower and cupboard housing a washing machine hoover and iron. On the first floor landing you will find a cosy reading space with chairs and a shower room. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed full-length mirror dressing table and plenty of storage space together with a flue of the wood burner below providing plenty of warmth. The second bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link or two singles while the third is a quaint single room with an up-cycled bedside table. Outside you will find a wonderful cottage garden bordered by a pretty brick wall and well-stocked beds. There is a wooden garden table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals using the disposable BBQs provided. Need to know: Three bedrooms one king size, one zip and link, one single.
