Located on the outskirts of Hurst Green this holiday home is within easy reach of its shop and pubs. It is also surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty so that keen walkers can head out on foot and wander through the glorious countryside stopping at quaint villages for a pub lunch along the way. National Trust s medieval Bodiam Castle is only ten minutes away by car and makes a fun and interesting day out for the whole family. The front door opens into the spectacular lounge which boasts an exposed brick wall and ceiling trusses a high vaulted ceiling eclectic artwork and French windows to the garden beyond. This room has been furnished with two large sofas TV and DVD player and a large armoire full of games DVDs and books for cosy winter evenings. Steep stairs lead up to a mezzanine level with a desk perfect for those wishing to work while they re away but still remain close to the activities. The contemporary kitchen is arranged in two parts at either side of a corridor and features sleek cabinets and a stone floor. At one side you will find the washing machine dishwasher sink and cupboards with the cooking area with electric oven and hob sink fridge freezer and microwave with grill at the other. Once you have finished preparing your meals head through the lounge to the cosy dining room which has an oriental-style feature wall and table to seat six. One bedroom with a king-size bed is located on this floor in the oast roundel and there is also downstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Steep turned stairs lead up to the pretty master bedroom which has a double bed and features a fabulous en-suite bathroom with extra large bath and walk in shower cubicle with sink and WC. Outside the timber clad garden room is a tranquil space to enjoy all year round and houses a sofa chairs and coffee table. Outside there is a pretty paved area with garden furniture where you can enjoy summer BBQs and far reaching views overlooking the Sussex countryside.
