This new village development is ideally located for guests wishing to spend long days at the fantastic Camber Sands beach. Nature lovers should head to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve just a mile and a half away which boasts an abundance of birdlife great walks and a restaurant onsite while those looking for a touch of retail therapy should visit Rye town where cobbled streets are lined with antiques and craft shops. On the ground floor the kitchen has been decorated in a traditional style with wooden units a tiled floor and large window allowing in plenty of natural light. Here you will find an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The open plan lounge/diner is located at the rear of the house with French windows opening out to the garden. This room features comfortable sofas feature fireplace and pretty French style round dining table. Upstairs the master bedroom is a calm haven with a Scandinavian style double bed and pretty artwork. The twin bedroom is ideal for children and has plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. French windows connect the lounge/diner with a spacious decked area with a wooden table and chairs for enjoying summer BBQs and a parasol for warmer weather. This then gives way to an enclosed pebbled garden which is south-facing to make the most of the sunshine all day long.
