A bright and airy hall welcomes you into this property where there is a downstairs WC and coat pegs. The lounge beyond has been furnished with sofas and here guests can unwind beside the gas fire while watching a DVD or admiring the sea view outside. At the other end of a corridor is the open plan kitchen/diner and conservatory. The kitchen is sleek and stylish with inky blue and white units and an island with bar stools. Here you will find a electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher coffee machine and selection of cookbooks for culinary inspiration. The dining area beyond has a wooden table and chairs large wall clock and wall-mounted TV while the inviting conservatory has sofas and chairs and doors out to the decked area. Upstairs the impressive first bedroom has a king-size bed dressing table and glass-fronted balcony with views out to sea a private spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on one of the loungers. The room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower over Jacuzzi bath shower over bath and WC while the other bedrooms share a wet room with WC basin and heated towel rail. The second double has bedside tables and a TV while the third room features a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) The large decked garden acts as a huge suntrap perfect for relaxing on a lounger in the hot tub or at the table and chairs while enjoying a summer BBQ.
