Located in a new village development this property is just a few minutes walk from miles of soft golden sand at Camber Sands beach. Here guests can take long strolls swim in the sea or even try the water sports on offer. Rye an ancient cobbled street town is just three miles away from the property and boasts plenty of cafes restaurants and independent shops to browse during your stay. On the ground floor there is a traditionally styled kitchen with a tiled floor wooden cabinets and pretty separate shelving unit storing cookery books and charming coastal ornaments. Here you will find an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher cafetiere and coffee machine. Next door the lounge/diner is a bright and airy space with sofas and large open storage units housing a good selection of books decorative finds and a TV. There is a fold-out dining table and chairs in this room plus a separate utility room containing a washing machine and WC. Upstairs the first bedroom has a king-size bed and provides a calm and tranquil space. The second bedroom next door has twin beds and benefits from having a large mirror across one wall generating a feeling of spaciousness. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside there is a small south-facing decked terrace with a table and chairs the perfect spot to enjoy an evening BBQ after exploring the local area on the property s bicycles.
