About Camber Holiday House
Located only a five minute stroll from miles of soft golden sand at Camber this holiday home is ideally located for young families. The popular beach boasts water sports facilities and fantastic dunes to explore. Hop in the car for a few minutes and you ll reach the thriving medieval town of Rye which boasts a fantastic selection of cafes shops and galleries. This gorgeous light and airy property opens onto a hall to the right of which is the comfortable lounge with sofa-bed (suitable for two extra guests at a small charge) beanbags and TV with DVD player. Further down the hall you will find the spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room with double oven ceramic hob microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility room which is located just off the kitchen which also has an extra sink and wall-mounted washing line. At the other end of the kitchen is the dining area with seating for eight as well as a comfortable sofa. A conservatory leads off here which in turn leads out onto the south facing garden. The conservatory has two large sofas and a small child-sized table and chairs. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor one with king-size bed and en-suite shower room the other with two sets of bunkbeds suitable for four children which has its own en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Stairs leading to the first floor lead you to the final bedroom with its double bed iPod docking station and small single bed suitable for a child. A separate bathroom has a shower over bath and views across the sand dunes. Outside the garden has two decked areas one by the house with table seating six large parasol and some children s sun tents and the other at the far end of the garden with more seating. Between the two is a lawned area which makes a lovely place for children to play. There is a large driveway to the front of the house.
