About Camber Holiday Cottage
Located in a new village development this property is just a few minutes walk from miles of soft golden sand at Camber Sands beach. Here guests can take long strolls swim in the sea or even try the water sports on offer. Rye an ancient cobbled street town is just three miles away from the property and boasts plenty of cafes restaurants and independent shops to browse throughout your stay. Beyond a welcoming entrance hall with ground floor WC is the spacious kitchen/diner. Decorated in a traditional style with wooden cabinets and flooring this room has a window at either end to allow in plenty of natural light. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and radio. The dining table beyond seats eight guests perfect for entertaining. To the other side of the entrance hall is the lounge furnished with comfortable sofas a cosy rug and a bookcase with French windows opening out to the garden. This is a calming and airy space in which to unwind. The first floor with a master bedroom has a king-size bed large fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room and the second and third bedroom has twin beds (which could be made into a king-size on request). There is also a good-sized bathroom with shower over bath. French windows open from the lounge to a rear decked area on which you will find a garden table and chairs for enjoying a summer BBQ. The decked area gives way to a pretty pebbled garden bordered by shrubs and climbing plants where there is a bistro-style table with chairs providing another peaceful spot to eat or drink.
