The nearby South West Coast Path offers glorious cliff-top walks or you could be transported back in time by the Dartmouth Steam railway. The South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Dartmoor National Park are both within easy reach and there are many golden beaches nearby. On entering this lovely apartment you will find yourself in the spacious and inviting lounge/diner. The light and airy lounge is ideal for relaxing in with Smart TV and Bose surround sound DVD and stereo and a selection of DVDs CDs and games. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace. The dining area is ideally situated. Exploring further you will find two comfy bedrooms. The king-size bedroom is complete with TV/DVD and an en-suite bathroom which comprises bath hand-held shower separate double shower with shower seat and WC. There is also a cosy twin bedroom with TV/DVD as well as a separate bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.
