Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds this provides a peaceful countryside escape. There is an array of public footpaths and bridleways to explore from the village. The market town of Louth is close by and provides wonderful independent shops cafes pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Market Rasen racecourse and Cadwell Park are within easy reach and have fantastic events on throughout the year. The Lincolnshire coast is a short drive away Skegness Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea boast long sandy beaches and cracking fish and chips! The historical city of Lincoln is home to the stunning Lincolnshire Cathedral and Lincoln Castle and the city its self is steeped in history and character. Approached through the front garden you will see the surrounding countryside which welcomes you home. Stepping into the porch which is the perfect place to leave muddy boots and over coats it leads you through to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher. A family bathroom with shower over corner bath sink and WC is also located on the first floor. Parking is located just in front of the front garden on the other side of the quiet lane. There is a lovely stream to cross to enter the spacious front garden with fruit bushes and a small herb garden where you are welcome to help yourself alongside a brick built BBQ. To the rear of the property is a lawned area overlooking the fields and to the side of the property is the hot tub tucked away in a private spot making the most of the surrounding countryside.
