Set in a quiet residential road the property is perfect for a relaxing retreat yet is ideally located for enjoying one of the finest sandy surfing beaches in North Cornwall. There are beach shops water sport activities and restaurants all within easy reach of the property and the ever popular seaside town of Bude is just a short drive away. Given the close proximity to the A30 this is also a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall and nearby you can visit Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table Hartland and Clovelly. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep theme parks Tamar Otter Park and The Eden Project. On entering the property you will find yourself in a spacious hallway and all of the accommodation on the same level. Towards the rear of the house there is a spacious and contemporary lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors to outside. This is a great social space and everyone can enjoy spending time together regardless of whether they are cooking relaxing in front of the TV or playing a board game. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a useful utility room with washing machine and additional WC located just off the kitchen area. If you need to dry any clothes there is a tumble dryer located in the garage. Venturing the other way you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms; a king-size with Smart TV DVD player and en-suite shower room and WC a further king-size with TV/DVD and a twin. There is also a family bathroom ideally located close to the bedrooms and this offers a shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside there is a lovely enclosed garden that spans two sides of the house. This boasts a patio area lawn garden furniture BBQ and a useful area for drying wetsuits and storing outdoor boots and shoes.
