Take a visit to the carp lake and feed the fish stop by the vintage tractor collections with a play area for the kids. Just 15 minutes down the road you ll find the riverside town of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick offering an excellent selection of shops pubs restaurants theatres and Warwick Castle. This great central location is perfect for exploring Oxford the Cotswolds and Banbury with its Famous Cross and links to London by train. Birmingham Museums NEC shows and shopping centre 30 minutes away. Arriving at the large front porch you walk through to a spacious kitchen/dining room and lounge where you could immerse yourself in the stunning view across the cornfields or perhaps watch a good movie with a chilled glass of wine. If you decide to dine in for the evening there is a superb bespoke oak kitchen/dining room that is well-appointed with electric oven with gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a large farmhouse table with chairs for 12 diners ideal for a special occasion.
