Located in Primrose Valley area of Filey on the popular Yorkshire Coast with its abundance of long sandy dog friendly beaches quaint fishing villages and family attractions. A path from the front door leads down to the beach through open field for a stroll or you can enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses and not forgetting fish and chips at the seaside of course. There are shops restaurants and pubs found in Filey centre and the property is also conveniently located next to a popular holiday village. This is a great base to explore what Yorkshire has to offer take a short drive up on to the North Yorkshire Moors or to the Yorkshire Wolds where you won t be short of walks or cycling routes. Enter into the bright and contemporary home through the hallway where you can shed your muddy boots and clean down your four legged friend before relaxing in the lounge/diner. Put your feet up in front of the electric fire whilst watching SkyTV or simply read a book.
