This charming cottage has been renovated in 2017 and offers the perfect mix of country charm and everyday comforts. It is tucked away in the middle of neighbouring attached cottages in the vibrant village an ideal location to explore local attractions such as Sherwood Forest with the famous Major Oak and part of the National Cycle Route Sherwood Pines with its cycle routes and paths and Clumber Park and Rufford Park with their beautiful grounds to explore. Edwinstowe High Street is a two minute walk from the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre and bustles with a variety of individual and unique shops as well as butchers bakers newsagent and a supermarket. There are two spas within easy reach for ultimate relaxation on your break. On first approach you step into the porch which is the perfect place for taking off those muddy boots and cleaning muddy paws. Stepping through into the bright and airy lounge which leads to the open plan kitchen with everything you need for your stay such as electric oven and hob washer/dryer fridge (no freezer) and dishwasher. The lounge/diner the heart of the house perfect for cosy nights snuggled up on the sumptuous sofas in front of the fire. There is also a TV/DVD and dining area. The open stairway leads you to the first floor which offers two bedrooms one double and one twin and the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is a small enclosed garden located to the rear of the cottage with decking patio furniture and BBQ. There is a shed which is perfect for bike storage and seating area to catch some rays. The parking is on the road and the cottage is a short stroll away with it being set off the road.
