A fabulous holiday home conveniently placed to enjoy the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! perfect for surfers and bathers. It also boasts a championship golf course tennis courts shops pubs and restaurants. The spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path take you to wonderful destinations like Bucks Mills. Also within a short drive are a host of popular tourist attractions which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal Tarka Trail and Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets leading down to a pretty harbour are all worth a visit. The property is set over four floors entering into the hallway on the ground floor where there is a useful separate WC. The hall leads into an open-plan lounge area with Smart TV and comfortable seating desk area and balcony with sea views and seating. The staircase leads down to the lower ground floor where you will find a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer breakfast bar and DAB radio. There is also a handy utility room which has a washer/dryer and drinks fridge. The lounge area boasts a large curved Smart TV Blu-ray and a selection of books and family games. Leading from the ground floor are the bedrooms on the first floor you will find a double with balcony and en-suite shower and WC and a triple bedroom (a double with a single bed above).
